Will customers know it's a computer?
Yes — it tells them itself: it introduces itself as an automated assistant, as EU rules require. It speaks naturally, and the conversation flows; try the demo above.
What if it's asked something it doesn't know?
It only answers with the business information we configure together. Outside that, it takes the caller's name and number and passes you the message. It doesn't make things up.
Do I have to change my phone number or software?
No. You keep your number and your tools: the assistant works on top of them.
I already use Google Calendar or a diary — do I have to ditch it?
No, that's the whole point: the assistant connects to the calendar you already use and appointments land there. No new software to learn.
How long to get started?
Seven days from activation. You need about half an hour to give us hours, services and your most common questions.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Monthly plan, cancel anytime: if you no longer need it, it's switched off and that's it.
